Red de coautoría de investigadores ambientalistas

RESUMEN:

El objetivo fue comprender las estructuras topológicas de las redes de coautorías de los investigadores ambientalistas niveles 2, 3 y eméritos de México. Se apoyó en el uso de la teoría de redes de coautoría, en particular en las métricas de topología. Los investigadores bajo estudio, aunque publican colectivamente, configuraron una red de coautoría fragmentada con un componente principal con propiedades que se explican por el modelo de mundo pequeño. Se sugiere fomentar la colaboración científica disciplinaria e interdisciplinaria.

ABSTRACT:

The objective was to analyze the topological structure of the co-authorship network of the environmental researchers’ levels 2, 3 and emeritus of Mexico. For this purpose, the research method was based on the network theory and specifically on topology metrics. The researchers under study, although they publish collectively they form a fragmented co-authoring network with a main component with properties that are explained by the small world model. It is suggested to promote disciplinary and interdisciplinary scientific collaboration.
